1 Cup rice
1 Tbsp soy sauce (adjust to your taste)
˝ Tbsp sesame oil (adjust to your taste)
2 sliced green onions
1 egg

Directions:
Directions:
Cook 1 Cup rice in 2 cups of chicken broth with water to make 2 cups of liquid. Add soy sauce and sesame oil. Cook all until the liquid is dissolved-removed from heat.
In large sauté pan:
Heat peanut oil--Add green onions, sauté and remove from pan--Add egg, scramble and remove from pan.

Now add more oil, allow to heat up and add rice and keep turning to brown. Add onion and egg. You can also add diced chicken, pork or shrimp, peas and corn. Taste and add more soy sauce and sesame oil if needed.
