2.5 cups oatmeal (blend in processor until flour-like)
1 cup butter
1 cup sugar
1 cup brown sugar
2 eggs
2 cups flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1 3/4 cup chocolate chips
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp salt
Directions:
Directions:
Cream together butter and sugars. Beat in eggs and vanilla.

Mix dry ingredients and then stir in ground oatmeal. Add chocolate chips.

Mix dry and wet ingredients together with spoon and place on parchment papered cookie sheet

Bake at 375ºF for approx. 12 minutes
