1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper

1 cup hickory bbq sauce
1/2 honey
2 tbsp ketchup
1 tbsp franks buffalo sauce
1/2 tsp garlic powder

First things first; crack a beer!

Actifry 18-20 wings from frozen for 35 mins. Half way through add salt, garlic powder, paprika and cayenne pepper. Fry wings fully.

While frying, heat up saucepan and add BBQ sauce, honey, ketchup, buffalo sauce and garlic powder. heat mixture to a boil and let boil for 2 mins. Once wings are done add them to the mixture and let them coat in the sauce for a minute or so.

By this time you should be 3 beers in and you may need to make another batch because you devoured the first batch of wings in seconds.
