1 cup oil
2 cups sugar
4 eggs
6 mashed bananas
4 cups flour
2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
1/4 cup milk
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup nuts / choc chips

Directions:
Directions:
Beat oil and sugar, add eggs & bananas and beat well. Blend in flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt. Add milk & vanilla. Mix well while adding in nuts/chocolate chips.

Bake @ 350ºF for approx 1 hour (loaf) and 25 mins (muffins)
