Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 yellow box cake mix
1 small box instant fudge pudding
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. semi sweet chocolate chips
3/4 c. oil
3/4 c. water
4 eggs
1 c. sour cream

Frosting:
1 c. butter
3 tsp. good cocoa
6 tsp. milk/heavy whipping cream/half and half (I've used all three)
1/2 bag powdered sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients very gently, just until combined. Pour into a well greased bunt pan. Bake at 350º for 45-60 minutes. Let cool for a few minutes, loosen the sides of the pan, then gently dump cake out.

For the frosting melt the butter, milk and cocoa in a pan. Sift in the powdered sugar (do not skip the sifting). Mix well with hand mixer.

Frost the cake while it is still warm by pouring the warm frosting over the cake. The entire center of the cake will fill up with frosting and around the sides so put the cake on a BIG plate.

Personal Notes:
Listen, the directions say to mix all the ingredients by hand, but I cannot deal with that sort of nonsense so I mix it on the lowest setting of my Kitchen Aide- it's fine.
