1/2 C. Butter
2 C. Sugar
1/2 C. Milk
4 T. Cocoa
1/2 C. Peanut Butter
4 1/2-5 C. Oats
2 t. Vanilla

Combine 1st 4 into saucepan & bring to a rolling boil for 1 minute.
Remove from heat. Add last 3 ingredients. Drop by tablespoons (or bigger) onto wax paper. Let cool.
