2 C. Flour
2 sticks Oleo
1 C Water
4 T Vanilla
1/2 C Buttermilk
1/2 tsp. Baking Soda
2 Eggs
*ICING*
3/8 C cold Milk
1/2 C Oleo
4 T Vanilla
1 Pound Powdered Sugar

Directions:
Directions:
In a large bowl , mix sugar and flour. In a saucepan mix and bring to a boil oleo, water, cocoa, and vanilla. Pour this over the flour mixture , then add buttermilk, soda, and eggs, pour this into a 12 x 16 inch greased and floured pan. Bake 20 minutes in a 400 oven. During the last 5 minutes of cook time make the Icing. In a saucepan mix and bring to a boil the milk oleo, cocoa, and vanilla, then pour this over the powdered sugar, mix and pour over cake.
