2/3 cup fresh lime juice (about 5 limes)
1/2 cup honey
1/2 tsp grated, peeled fresh ginger
4 (6 oz) skinned salmon fillets
1/4 tsp salt
Lettuce
1 cup sliced mango

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat broiler.

Combine first 3 ingredients in a small bowl, reserving 1/3 cup juice mixture to baste salmon.

Set aside remaining juice mixture to toss with lettuce.

Place salmon fillets on broiler pan coated with nonstick spray. Baste with 1/3 cup juice mixture.

Broil 4 minutes on each side, or until done. Sprinkle fillets with salt. Place on four plates.

Toss greens with dressing to taste. Divide salad greens among plates. Arrange mango slice on top.
