1 10-oz package frozen chopped spinach, thawed
2 6-oz. jars marinated artichoke hearts
3 garlic cloves, minced
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 1/2 (8-oz) packages cream cheese, softened
2 T. lemon juice
1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
1 1/2 cup fine dry bread crumbs for topping

Directions:
Directions:
Drain spinach and press between layers of paper towel to remove excess moisture. Drain and chop artichoke hearts. Combine all ingredients except for bread crumbs and mix well. Spoon into a lightly buttered 11x7 inch baking dish and sprinkle with bread crumbs. Bake at 375º for 25 minutes and serve with crackers, croustades, or bread sticks.
