Crust:
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1 1/2 cup flour
3/4 cup cold butter

Combine and spread on round pizza pan. Bake 300 degrees for 20 minutes, just until edges are brown. Cool.

Glaze:
2 Tbsp cornstarch
1/2 cup sugar
1 cup juice from fruit you use
1 tsp lemon juice

Heat until mixture boils and becomes transparent. Cool.

8 oz cream cheese (room temperature)
1/2 cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla

Beat together. After crust cools, spread this mixture over the crust.

Arrange fruit over cream cheese mixture. Fresh fruit if possible, strawberries, grapes, bananas, pineapple, mandarin oranges, peaches, oranges, kiwi, etc.
Top with cooled glaze and refrigerate.
