1 c. soft butter
2/3 c. sugar
3 egg yolks
1 t. flavoring
1/4 c. finely chopped almonds
2 1/2 c. flour

Combine butter, sugar, yolks and flavoring
Stir well
Combine almonds and flour.
Add to wet mixture.

Put through a cookie press
Bake at 400 degrees

Makes a buttery and tender cookie. I have made stars and Christmas trees and put colored sugar on them.
