8 cups, Pears, cored and diced
1 cup Onion, finely chopped
2 cups Raisins, coarsely chopped
3 cups Sugar
1 tsp Salt
2 tsp Celery seed
¼ tsp Cayenne pepper
¼ tsp Curry powder
¼ tsp paprika
3 cups White vinegar

Directions:

Mix all ingredients in large pot. Stir over medium heat until sugar dissolves.
Bring to a boil. Simmer about 1 hour 10 minutes until thick.
Stir more often as it thickens. Fill hot sterilized jars to within ¼ inch of top. Seal.

Serve this fruit chutney with chicken or pork. Spoon it over Cream Cheese.
