1 26 ounce shredded hash browns
¼ cup milk
1 cup sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup
½ red onion diced
¼ each red, yellow, orange and green bell pepper, diced
½ teaspoon salt and pepper
1¼ cups Garlic & Dill Cheddar cheese, shredded
1 cup Cheddar cheese, shredded
2 cups corn flakes

Directions:

Preheat oven to 325º. Grease a large baking dish

In a large mixing bowl combine milk, sour cream, soup, onion, peppers, salt and pepper and cheese.

Stir hash browns into the creamy cheese mixture and pour into baking dish.

Top with crushed corn flakes and bake 40-45 minutes.
