2 cups mixed grains (quinoa etc.) cooked
1 cup each arugula leaves
1/2 cup minced tarragon leaves and minced parsley leaves
1/2 cup pecans
1/4 cup walnut oil
1/4 cup sherry vinegar
1 cup very thinly sliced radishes
1/4 cup minced shallots
1/4 cup olive oil
1/2 cup each raisins and dried cranberries
Sea salt to taste

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the grains and cook for 25 minutes. Drain and set aside to cool
slightly. Combine all the ingredients in a large bowl and toss together well. Season with salt to taste.
