¼ cup butter
½ cup vegetable oil
1¾ cup sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
½ cup buttermilk
2½ cup flour
4 tbsp cocoa
½ tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
½ tsp cinnamon
2 cups grated zucchini
½cup chocolate chips
Directions:
Directions:
1. Cream butter, oil, sugar, buttermilk and vanilla and then add the eggs.

2. Sieve dry ingredients together and add to mixture egg mixture.

3. Mix well, add the zucchini and the chocolate chips.

4. Put into a Bundt pan or 2 loaf pans and bake at 350ºF for 50-60 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
