3/4 cup sugar
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 cup cornstarch
13.5 oz can coconut milk
1 1/3 cup half and half
4 egg yolks
1 tbsp butter
1 tsp vanilla
1/4 tsp coconut extract
1/2 cup Sweetened shredded coconut

Directions:
Directions:
Pour sugar, salt, and cornstarch into medium saucepan. Whisk together.
Add coconut milk, half and half, and egg yolks. Whisk to combine.
Turn heat to low-medium. Slowly whisk continually, until it boils.
Once it boils, beat quickly for 1 minute. Remove from heat.
Add butter, vanilla, coconut extract, and shredded coconut. Mix together until smooth.
Pour in storage container, cover, chill for 3-4 hours.
Once cooled pour into pie crust and top with whipped cream.
