2 egg whites
1 cup sugar
1/4 to 1/2 cup water
2 tsp. white vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
Beat egg whites until they form stiff peaks. Set aside. In a saucepan, mix sugar with water and vinegar. Bring to a soft boil (just starts bubbling). Quickly pour over egg whites and beat. Then decorate your cake!
