2 cups flour
3 Tbsp paprika
2 tsp salt
1 Tbsp ginger
1 Tbsp celery salt
1 Tbsp basil
2 Tbsp dry mustard
½ tsp oregano
2 Tbsp garlic salt (or Less)
2 Tbsp B.B.Q spice

Chicken Pieces

Directions:

Boil chicken for 20 minutes, drain.

Combine top ingredients in a large bag.
Mix together 1 egg and milk in a bowl.
Dip chicken in egg mixture then shake in flour mixture.
Deep fry in oil till browned. Place on racks on cookie sheets in oven till all chicken is cooked.
