1 – 16 oz. Bob Evans Italian Sausage
¼ cup chopped celery
½ cup chopped onion
3 Tbs. Butter
1 – 6 oz. tomato paste
½ cup water
1 – 28 oz. can stewed tomatoes
¼ tsp. garlic
¼ tsp. oregano
2 bay leaves
1/8 tsp. red pepper
1 Tbs. Sugar
8 oz. (1/2 lb.) Penne or other pasta

Directions:
Directions:
Sauté onion & celery in melted butter.
Add tomato paste & water.
Add stewed tomatoes & remaining seasoning.
Simmer for 1 hour, stirring occasionally.
Meanwhile, brown sausage, drain grease.
Cook pasta al denté.
Drain & mix with sauce and sausage.
Stir in half of cheese & spread in 9 x 13 pan.
Sprinkle with remaining cheese & a little parmesan.
Bake @ 400° for approximately 20 minutes.
