6 tbsp butter
12 oz mushroom slices
6 boneless chicken breasts
1 cup chicken broth
1 cup whipping cream
3 tbsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp white pepper
salt & pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Melt 3 tbsp butter in skillet on medium heat. Add mushrooms until tender and remove. Add chicken, salt & pepper. Add the rest of the butter to cook chicken until golden brown and cooked. Remove from heat.

Bring to boil the broth, reduce and stir in whipping cream and lemon juice. Add flour to thicken.

Add cooked mushrooms and salt & pepper. Add chicken, simmer for 15-20 mins.

Serve with rice or noodles.
