Garlic Wine Pasta Recipe

4 garlic cloves, chopped
¼ cup olive oil
4 tbsp butter
½ tsp cayenne pepper (more if you like it spicier)
Dash of salt
½ tsp freshly ground pepper
2 cups white wine
1tbsp Italian seasoning
1 can diced Italian tomatoes
¼ cup parmesan cheese
2 tbs lemon juice or fresh squeezed lemon

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oil over medium heat and add garlic, sauté until gold about 1-2 minutes. Add salt, pepper, white wine, butter and tomatoes, stir. Let simmer for a bit then add Italian seasoning, cayenne pepper and lemon juice. Let simmer a bit more. Just before serving add the parmesan cheese and stir.

Serve over any type of pasta. Can add fresh spinach at the end and stir until wilted. Delicious with shrimp added at the end as well.
