Leftover roast beef and potatoes
Pioneer Plenish oil
Lawry's Seasoning Salt

Directions:
Directions:
Cover the bottom of a saute pan with oil.
Slice potatoes and put on the bottom of the frying pan.
Slice the roast beef and place on top of the potatoes.
Add seasoning salt to taste.
Cover the lid and cook on medium low heat for 15-20 minutes or until the potatoes are crunchy and perfect golden brown.
After that stir several times until it looks perfect.
