2-1/2 cups of all-purpose flour (plus extra for rolling)
2 sticks of unsalted butter cold and cut to small cubes
1 tsp salt
1 tsp sugar
8 tbsp ice water

Directions:
Directions:
Using a food processor, add the flour, salt, sugar and butter and blend on pulse a few times until the butter gets to a small size. Add a couple of tbsps of cold water and pulsing twice after each addition of water until the dough begins to comes together or pinch the dough to check if it holds. Empty the crumbly dough onto a flat surface then wrap it with plastic wrap in the fridge until you are ready to work with it .
