CRUST

1 c flour
½ c Oatmeal
½ c Brown Sugar
½ Butter


Mix these in a bowl until they are crumbly.

Press into a greased 9x13 pan

Bake at 350º for 15 minutes

1- 1lb can of Pumpkin Pie
1 can of Evaporated Milk
2 Eggs
½ c of Brown Sugar
¼ c of Sugar
½ tsp of salt
1 tsp of Cinnamon
½ tsp of ginger

Mix together then pour over the baked crust- then put back in the over for 20 minutes

While that's baking:

Combine 2 T of butter, ½ c. oatmeal, ½ c. sugar- sprinkle over and bake again for 15-20 minutes

Serve with Cool Whip
