1 8¼ ounce can crushed pineapple
4 ounces sliced Canadian-style bacon or turkey ham, cut up into bite size pieces. (about 1 cup)
½ cup chunky meatless spaghetti sauce
1 10 ounce package (1 crust) refrigerated pizza crust
1 8 ounce package (2 cups) shredded mozzarella cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Drain pineapple,pressing out as much liquid as possible. In a bowl stir together drained pineapple, Canadian-style bacon or turkey ham, and spaghetti sauce.

Place the pizza crust on a greased 12 inch pizza pan. Sprinkle half of the mozzarella cheese over half of the crust to within ½ inch of the edges. Spoon meat mixture atop cheese. Sprinkle with remaining cheese.

Fold the crust over the filling, making a half circle. Crimp the edges to seal. Make slits in the top to allow steam to escape. Bake in a 425º oven for 20 minutes.

Makes 4 servings
