1 pound hamburger
1 small cabbage, chopped coarsely
1 large onion, chopped
1 can ( 10½ ounces ) tomato soup, undiluted
Salt and pepper, to taste

















Directions:
Directions:
Cook hamburger in frying pan with salt and pepper, until lightly browned, drain fat.

In 3 quart casserole dish, layer ⅓ cabbage, then ½ hamburger, and ½ onion. Top with another ⅛ cabbage, then add remaining hamburger and onion. Place remaining cabbage on top.

Pour tomato soup on top. Do not mix or stir!

Cover, bake at 350º for an hour. Serves 6

Serve over rice
