8 pc large size frozen heart artichoke defrost and wash
(or jar artichoke with water)
1 lb ground beef
1 large onion
1/2 stick butter
1 1/4 salt or to taste
1 tsp all spices
1 1/2 cup broth
1/2 lemon (juiced)

Directions:
Directions:
In a large sauce pan brown the ground beef, add the butter and the onion. Sauté all together until the onion is translucent.

Then add salt and all spice, mix all together and move it to the side. In the same pan, arrange the artichoke if its whole heart fill it with meat. Push them down and keep the meat on top.

Pour the cup of broth and the lemon juice, cover and cook it on medium heat for 15 minutes then lower the heat and let it simmer for 15 more minutes until tender.

Serve with rice.
