2-3 Loaves of white bread (dried out)
6 eggs
Salt & pepper to taste
1/2 small can of sage
1 pint celery
1 pint onion
Turkey liver & gizzard (optional)
2 tall cans of chicken broth

Directions:
Directions:
Set bread out to dry.
Once the bread is dry, add chicken broth to moisten.
Beat 6 eggs and add to bread.
Saute onion, celery, liver & gizzard and add to bread.
Add salt & pepper to taste.
Add 1/2 can of sage.
Stir all ingredients and continue adding chicken broth until mixture is moist.
Bake covered at 375 for 2 hours and add broth as needed.
Uncover and bake an additional 1/2 hour.

This was the recipe handed down from Lorene Webb, Evelyn Baysinger's mom. We still use this same recipe today.
