2 cup farina medium grain
1 cup sugar
1 cup plane yogurt room temp
1 cup clarified butter Or unsalted butter melted
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 baking soda
1 cup chopped pistachio

Make the syrup first.
In a large bowl mix farina and 1/2 the butter and fold together by hand then add the sugar, yogurt, baking powder and baking soda.
keep folding do not kneed until all the ingredient combine, Cover with plastic rap and let it rest for, 4 hours.
preheat oven on 375º.
Use a medium baking pan and spread 2 tbs butter all round the pan.
scoop the mixture and spread it equally in the pan then add the other 1/2 of the butter and spread it too.
Add the chopped pistachio on the top press gently to the mix.
Make the syrup and keep it hot.to use it later.
Place the try In the center of the oven for 20 minutes or until you see golden color around the bottom Take it out and cut it to a small size squares then put it back in the oven for the top to get nice color take it out then add the boiling syrup on top and let it cool. bring a serving plat and arrange the pieces, cover it in a cool place until you serve it.
