4 cup whole milk
2 cup heavy cream
1 1/4 cup sugar
1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp Greek mastic / gum mastic
1 cup pistachio chopped

In a large pot pour a whole milk, mastic gum, sugar and corn starch whisk together until no lumps, then on a medium heat cook and stir all the time for the milk do not stuck to the bottom until became thick like a podding.
Cover and levee it to cool completely.
Whip heavy cream until become stiff ,Know mix with the whisk both of them until smooth add 1/2 the pistachio to it then pour it in a plastic tub and add the pistachio on top close it and put it in the freezer for next day to serve.
