Frozen Bread dough
Italian Hot Sausage (Can add Fennel seed - Put in blender, breaking it up)
To make your own, use 1 lb ground pork, 1/2 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp black pepper,1/2 tsp red pepper,
2 tsp fennel seed, 1/2 tsp paprika

Mozzarella Cheese, Shredded
Parsley, fresh or dried
Eggs (about one per lb of sausage)
Oregano
Basil
Parmesan grated

Directions:
Directions:
Defrost number of loaves of bread you are going to use
Brown amount of sausage you will need per loaf. Drain. Cool. Add 1 beaten egg to 1 lb of sausage.
Mix well, set aside
Roll out each loaf a little longer than the cookie sheet you will use, and about 6 inches wide
For each loaf, beat one egg with garlic salt, oregano and parmesan cheese Brush on dough
Leaving some space on each end for turning, spoon your sausage down the middle.
Sprinkle sparingly, oregano, basil, parmesan on sausage -Sprinkle chopped parsley and shredded
mozzarella, about 4 to 6 oz per loaf
Fold ends over and pinch Fold up sides and pinch Place on cookie sheet that has been coated with
a little olive oil
Let rise in warm place Bake 350 for 25 minutes
