1 (32 oz) pkg Shredded Frozen Hash Brown Potatoes
1/2 Cup Melted Butter
1 Can Cream of Chicken or Mushroom Soup, Undiluted
12 oz Grated American or Sharp Cheddar Cheese
1 Small Onion
1 teas Salt
1 (8 oz) Carton Sour Cream
2 Cups Crushed Cornflakes
1/2 Cup Melted Butter
Directions:
Directions:
Place thawed potatoes in a 9 x 13 baking dish.
Mix together 1/2 cup melted butter, cream of chicken or mushroom soup (undiluted), grated cheese,
chopped onion, salt and sour cream and pour over potatoes.
Top with crushed cornflakes
Drizzle with 1/2 cup melted butter

Bake uncovered at 350º-375º for 45 minutes to 1 hour
