3 quarts ice cream
1 large box oreos
1 stick butter
1 large tub whipped cream

Fudge sauce:
1 large can evaporated milk
1 cup sugar
2 T butter
10 oz. bittersweet chocolate
Directions:
Directions:
Crush oreos. Mix in melted butter. Press this into bottom of 13x9 pan. Freeze

Soften ice cream and spread over oreo crust. Freeze

Make fudge sauce:
Place all fudge ingredients in double boiler. Heat until melted and thickened.
Cool and pour over ice cream. Freeze

Spread whipped cream over fudge sauce. Freeze

This is a favorite birthday treat. It was my birthday treat as a child and now, all of the boys in our house request it for their birthdays. We have enjoyed trying different ice cream flavors. They have all been delicious.
