8 oz Cream Cheese, softened
1 Egg
1/3 C Sugar
1/8 tsp Salt

1 C Chocoloate Chips

1½ C Flour
1 C Sugar
1/4 C Cocoa
1 tsp Baking Soda
1/2 tsp Salt
1 C Water
1/3 C Vegetable Oil
1 TBS Vinegar
1 tsp Vanilla

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350©
Line cup cake pan with paper cups.

Mix first 4 ingredients until well blended.

Mix in chocolate chips.

Sift flour, sugar, cocoa, soda salt together.

Add water, oil, vinegar and vanilla. Mix well.

Fill each paper cup to about 1/3 full.
Add 1 heaping tsp cream cheese mixture to center.

Bake 30 - 35 minutes.

No need to frost.
