1-1/2 cup shortening
2-1/4 cups sugar
3 cups raisins
3/4 cup milk
3 cups chopped nuts
1-1/2 cups coconut
3 cups flour
3 cups oatmeal
4-1/2 teaspoons salt
3 teaspoons cinnamon
3 teaspoons baking powder
6 eggs
Directions:
Directions:
Cream shortening and sugar, add eggs one by one. Sift dry ingredients together and add to shortening mixture alternately with milk. Stir in raisins, nuts and coconut.

Drop by spoons on greased cookie sheet, bake about 10 minutes at 375.
