Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 1/2 to 2 lbs. hamburger, browned and drained
2 cans tomato soup
1/2 cup water
2 tsp. white vinegar
1/2 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. onion salt
9-12 Lasagna noodles
1 pint cottage cheese (I use ricotta or 1/2 of each - all cottage cheese gets too soggy)
8 oz. mozzarella cheese
Parmesan to sprinkle (green can)

Directions:
Directions:
In a large heavy saucepan or Dutch oven, brown ground beef and drain. Return to the pan and add soup, water, vinegar, oregano, garlic powder, and salt. Cook together until heated through. In another pan, cook noodles according to package directions and drain. In a mixing bowl, add cheeses together and mix. Heat oven to 350º. Grease a large roasting pan. Assemble the lasagna by building three layers of 3-4 noodles on the bottom, 1/3 of the tomato sauce, and sprinkle with 1/3 of the cheese mixture. Repeat two more times. Bake for 1 hour.
