2 Chicken breasts cut into 1 inch strips
2 Red peppers cut in half
½ Cup of butter
2 Cups whipping cream
¼ tsp Salt
Pepper
2 Cloves of garlic minced
1 Cup grated parmesan cheese
Parsley and basil to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Cut the bell peppers in half and grill on the BBQ until cooked. Then peel off skin and cut into strips. Grill chicken. Heat sauce ingredients over a medium to low heat until it thickens and the cheese melts. Combine chicken, peppers and sauce and serve over penne or mostaccioli. Sprinkle with parsley and basil.
