1 cup sugar syrup ( see Recipe for atter)
1/4 cup honey
1 tsp orange blossom Or vanilla
1/4 cup powder sugar mixed with 1/3 cup flour
3 cup toasted almond and pistachios chopped

© Make the syrup first.
Use a medium size pot heat up the sugar syrup and bring to boil, lower the heat add the orange blossom and let it simmer for 20 minutes then add the honey to it and stir until become golden color and thicker.
Use a stand Or hand mixer and beat the egg whit, for a few minutes until light and fluffy.
Know drizzle very slowly to the egg whit and blend on high speed with out stopping the mixer you keep adding the syrup, it will take a 5 minutes or more to become a stiff and workable then add the mixture of flour and sugar and stir very well.
Add the nuts and fold it to gather with a spoon to combine.
Us a small rectangular try, use a parchment papers and spray it with oil spreed the mixture and pad the fluff evenly to give you the shape. let it cool.in the fridge.
Then cut it 2 x 2 square, rap in a candy rap and serve.

If you do not have the time to do all this Just bring a tub of a marshmallow spread mix it with, 1 cup combine flour and
powder sugar. Add the nuts mix it and fold it until you have non sticking dough.
