2 pds potatoes
1 sm onion
1/4 cup flour
1 tsp. salt(opt)
1/4 tsp. pepper
8-10 lg slices of ham
3 tbsp. butter
1 can of cream of mushroom
1 can of cheddar cheese soup

Directions:
Directions:
Peel and slice potatoes, toss slices in 1 cup water and ½ tsp. of cream of tarter. Drain. Put ½ of potatoes in greased crock pot. Top with ½ onion, flour, salt, pepper and ham. Add remaining potatoes, ham, and onion. Sprinkle with remaining flour. Add butter and undiluted soups. Cover and cook on low(7-9 hours) or high(3-4 hours).
