½ c. vegetable oil
4 oz. unsweetened chocolate, melted
2 c. sugar
4 eggs
2 t. vanilla
2 c. flour
2 t. baking powder
½ t. salt
2 c. powdered sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Mix oil, chocolate and sugar. Blend in one egg at a time until well mixed. Add vanilla. Stir flour, baking powder and salt together and then add to oil mixture and stir well. Chill several hours.

Shape dough into 1" balls and then roll into powdered sugar. Place 2" apart onto a greased baking sheet.

Bake 10-15 minutes at 350º. Do not over bake.
