10-12 cups popped corn or ½ cup of unpopped corn that you will pop.
2 cups light brown sugar
1 cup butter or margarine
½ tsp salt
1 tsp cream of tartar
1 tsp baking soda

Directions:
Directions:
Set cooked popcorn aside.
Bring brown sugar, margarine, salt and cream of tartar to a boil for five minutes.
Remove from stove. Add 1 tsp baking soda. Mixture will get BIG! Pour over popcorn and coat it the best you can. I will not be perfect. Pour mixture on to a large greased pan. You can use two pans or whatever works best. Bake at 200-degree oven for one hour. Cool completely.

You can then put it in plastic bags. Enjoy!!
