1 lb. mushrooms, sliced
1/4 c. butter
2 Tbsp. flour
1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
8 oz. sour cream
1 c. fresh breadcrumbs
1/2 c. grapefruit juice
1/4 c. ketchup
2 eggs
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 lbs. ground round
1 medium onion, finely chopped
2 Tbsp. chopped fresh dill
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. freshly ground black pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Saute mushrooms in butter until tender; sprinkle with flour and nutmeg. Cook for 1 minute, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and stir in sour cream.
Combine breadcrumbs, grapefruit juice, ketchup, eggs, Worcestershire sauce, ground round, onion, dill, salt and pepper. Mix well.
Spoon half of meat mixture in loaf pan; make a wide indentation down center and spoon 1/2 of mushroom mixture in the indentation. Cover with the rest of meat mixture.
Bake in a 350 º oven for 1 hour. Remove from oven and pour off juices. Invert onto a serving plate.
Stir a little milk into the remaining mushroom mixture and warm over low heat. Serve as a sauce with the meat loaf.
