1 cup butter melted
2 cups sugar
2 Tbsp. milk
2 large eggs
2 ¾ cups flour
1 tsp. baking powder
½ tsp. cream of tartar
¼ tsp. salt

TOPPING;
2 Tbsp. sugar
1½ tsp. cinnamon

Preheat oven to 350º
Grease and flour a 9 x 13 pan and set aside
In a large bowl, combine melted butter, sugar, and milk.
Add in eggs, stir until combined.
In a separate bowl, combine flour, baking powder, cream of tartar and salt.
Stir into the butter mixture until combined.
Pour batter into prepared 9 x 13 pan.
In a small bowl, combine Topping ingredients and sprinkle on top of bars.
Bake at 350º for 25-28 minutes
