1½ cup flour
2½ tsp baking powder
½ tsp salt

1 egg
½ cup sugar
¼ cup oil
¾ cup milk

TOPPING
4 tbsp oil
1 cup born sugar
1½ tsp cinnamon
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400º.

Stir together flour, salt, and baking powder. Then add egg, sugar, oil and milk. Mix well. Pour into pan.

Mix together topping and sprinkle on top of batter. Push it into the cake. Bake for 30 minutes.
