5-6 pork chops
1 can cream of mushroom soup
3-4 potatoes, peeled and sliced
1 large onion sliced
1 can of water
salt and pepper
Directions:
Directions:
Brown pork chops - layer in baking dish with potatoes and onions. Pour mushroom soup and water mixed together over the layers. Cover and bake at 350º about 45-50 minutes until meat is fork tender.
