1 lb. bean sprouts, fresh is best, but, canned works.
3 tbsp butter
1 can of mushrooms
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2 cups cooked chicken cubed
1 cup of chopped celery
1 tbsp soy sauce

Directions:

Mix in crock pot low 4-6 hours, high 2-3 hours
Serve over rice, top with cashews
