1/2 c. margarine
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/4 c. flour
3/4 tsp. soda
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. mashed bananas
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Cream margarine and sugar together. Add eggs. Mix well. Mix flour, salt, soda, and cinnamon together; add to first mixture along with bananas, vanilla, and nuts. Pour in a greased bread pan. (Makes one large loaf or two small ones.) Bake large loaf 45 minutes to 1 hour, or until toothpick comes out clean. Smaller loaves bake 1/2 hour. Put on wire rack to cook. Makes 18 large slices.
