1 can garbanzo beans - drained
1 can white corn - drained
1 can black beans - rinsed and drained
1 can pinto beans - rinsed and drained
1 c. finely chopped red or orange bell pepper
1 c. finely chopped celery
1 c. finely chopped red onion
1 small jar chopped pimento
½ bunch rinsed and chopped fresh cilantro

Directions:
Directions:
Boil, then cool ½ c vinegar and ½ c sugar. Must dissolve and add 1 c oil. (You can use honey instead of the sugar and do not have to boil it.) Place all other ingredients in medium bowl. Add vinegar solution plus ½ tsp. salt and ½ tsp. pepper to taste. Toss and refrigerate 2 hours or best overnight. Drain liquid and serve with scoop chips.
