One jar dried beef
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
bacon
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
Line the bottom of a 9 x 13 dish with the dried beef pieces. Partially cook the bacon. Wrap one piece around each piece of chicken. Lay on top of dried beef in dish.
Blend together soup and sour cream. Pour over chicken pieces.
Bake, uncovered, for 3 hours at 300 degrees. If the chicken begins to look dry, cover with foil.

If you want, sprinkle with mushrooms the last 1/2 hour of baking. Serve with rice or mashed potatoes.

This is Emma's favorite! It is absolutely delicious! The dried beef is sometimes hard to find. If used to come in a pouch but now (2018) it comes in a little glass jar with a metal lid. Who know what the future holds?!!
