1 lb. Ground Beef
1 Egg (beaten)
1-10 ¾oz can Condensed Tomato Soup. Separate out 1c. save rest for end of recipe.
¼c. Long Grain Rice
2T Chopped Onion
1T Snipped Fresh Parsley
1T Worcestershire Sauce
½ tsp. Salt
⅛ tsp. Pepper
½ c. Water

Directions:
Directions:
Combine Egg, ¼c. Soup.
Stir in Rice, Onion, Parsley, Salt and Pepper.
Add Ground Beef and mix well.
Form into 1" balls.
Refrigerate at least one hour or over night. The longer they are refrigerated the better they will hold together for frying.
Brown meatballs in heavy skillet.
Drain grease.
Combine remaining Soup, Worcestershire sauce, and Water.
Pour over meatballs and return to stove.
Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer, covered for 35 to 40 minutes.
Stir Often.
